Vocal Music Department

Our Vocal Music Department has a diverse group of vocalists ranging from classical to modern. We are proud to say that we have a group of very talented students at OCSA. Check Online Ticket Sales for future perfromances.

Remember that every Wednesday OCSA hosts a recital from 2PM to 3PM. All Parents and guests are welcome to join us, be sure to go to the front office to obtain a visitor's pass!

Interested in Vocal Music Department?

If you are interested in attending OCSA and our Vocal Music Department, please be prepared to perform two songs of contrasting styles. Pieces may be classical, folk, or
sacred musical selections.

Singing pop music is discouraged and may cause a candidate to be rejected.

Taped accompaniment may be used.

Audition

Students will complete a short theory test and will demonstrate basic sightreading skills. Applicants will have an interview with a faculty member. All activities will be evaluated based on student's age, grade, and experience level.
